Built around 2000, the peaceful Davenport community of Thousand Oaks, with just over 200 homes, is surrounded, as the name suggests, by mature trees and conservation areas. It has several deep water fishing lakes teeming with fish and yet is only 15 minutes away from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. Supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses are all located a couple of miles away at ChampionsGate.

I enjoyed my stay. From booking to leaving, host was very responsive with any questions I had. The place was perfect for a long enjoyable pleasure getaway. The place is big, spacious, clean and well kept. It felt like home. My husband and kids also loved it. The pool was our favorite. I would definitely book this place again.

House: The actual house matches the pictures. Clean. My family particularly enjoyed the view of the Lake from the enclosed pool area. The place is spacious. For larger groups/families there are two dining areas. There’s a seating area with its own tv separate from the primary living room area. Location: Quite cul-de-sac. About 10-15 min drive away from an outside shopping and restaurant area. Host: Very responsive prior and during stay
