Your home will be available for check-in on your day of arrival at 4:00 PM. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Where possible we are able to accomodate early check in and late check out for an additional charge. Prices vary per property and availability.

Yes, if you would like the pool to be heated you will need to order pool heat/spa with your reservation. We advise pool heat for bookings from November to April. Although Florida enjoys beautiful weather for much of the year, overnight temperatures in winter can chill the pool and so heating is advisable. Please contact us for pricing.

Yes! all our properties are air conditioned which is a welcome relief.

Unfortunately, our homes do not accommodate pets.

Yes! all our homes have free wifi for your use.

Some of our properties include complimentary use of a BBQ. If included, it will be listed in the properties description. For those homes without we can arrange for a BBQ to be delivered to the home for $140 per week. This price includes a gas canister.

All homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. our properties are rented to guests on a "Self-catering" basis. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, mop and vacuum or brush for maintaining the property cleanliness during your stay. If you do require a mid-stay clean then please get in touch and we would be happy to provide a quote for this service.

Yes all our homes have their own private pools for guests to enjoy. Some also have a spa and use of neighborhood amenities.

The minimum stay in our homes is 5 nights.
