As property manager, Toby is often found out on the road taking care of our properties, ensuring they are kept in top condition and ready for each arrival. With an eye for detail and leaving no stone (or pool float) left unturned, he guarantees our homes are presented in the best possible way. With a background in management, Toby deals with our local tradespeople, who are dedicated to supplying top-quality cleaning and maintenance services to all our properties.
David joins Toby on the property management team ensuring all our homes are exceptionally well looked after. As a previous short-term rental homeowner, David understands what a homeowner is looking for when taking on a property manager. With previous experience in customer service and management, David enjoys working with both homeowners and guests. As a person who has traveled much of the world, he is also a great source for travel recommendations!
