With the theme parks, shops and restaurants only being a short drive away there is nothing more you will need whilst on your vacation. The property is made up of the following rooms 6 bedrooms - all have smart flat screen tv Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - 1 queen 1 Twin Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed Bedroom 4 - 1 queen1 Twin Bedroom 5 - 1 queen 1 twin Bedroom 6 - 1 queen bed 5 Full bathrooms The large living and dining area has dining seating for 8, in addition to 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Stylish and comfortable seating in the lounge area with large TV. You will also find a second seating area with desk for anyone needing to catch up on work. When it's time to relax there is an additional games/hang out area with pool table, arcade machine, corner sofa and large TV. Perfect for time with family and friends after a long day in the parks. There is a washing machine and dryer in the home and available for guests use. The outdoor area has plenty of space to sit back, relax and soak up the Florida sun. With plenty of seating options and a dining area, it makes the perfect spot for a BBQ (a small one is available for guest use). Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Please contact us if you require any further information. Pool heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day. Solterra resort charge $35 per stay if guests wish to access the facilities. This charge covers all guests (up to 12 people) for the duration of your stay and is a one off charge paid to the resort upon entry at the facilities.
