The beautiful gated Solterra Resort is located within 15 to 30 minutes of the many Orlando theme parks, golf courses and airport. This spacious, professionally decorated, quality furnished 3300 square foot, single story, 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, pool home is the perfect place to relax between your various vacation outings. The space Entering your modern vacation home you immediately feel the 12 foot high ceilings, 8 foot tall doors, all tile floors, and the open, light, floor plan design. The views from the Great room and the dining/kitchen area, are of your private pool and the peaceful conservation/nature area. SOCIAL AREAS: Your home comfortably accommodates 10 guests. There are several separate social areas with the Great room, the Retreat, the Games room and the pool deck for guests to either spread out or gather together. The Great Room is adjacent to the open kitchen and has modern quality furnishings including a 75 inch Sony TV,, Vizio sound bar sectional sofa and accent chair. All are very comfortable. The Retreat is located between the two twin bedrooms and is a second living room. It is also quality furnished with a sectional sofa, 65" flat screen TV, Blu Ray player, and XBOX 360. The Retreat is the perfect place for reading, relaxing or for the kids to enjoy! The Games Room is air conditioned with Air Hockey, Foosball table, Ping Pong table, Vizio sound bar and a 45" TV with a Play Station 3. THE KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and all stainless steel appliances, an electric kettle, Crock Pot and three coffee makers; Keurig pod type coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, or the luxurious Nespresso machine! All this with views of the Great room, Dining room, Pool area and Breakfast nook. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 - Master suite has a private access to the pool/patio. king bed, large walk in closet, safe, 50 inch flat screen TV with Roku, granite double sinks and a double shower. Bedroom 2 - Master suite has a king bed, large walk in closet, safe, 43 inch flat screen TV with Roku, granite double sinks and a double shower Bedroom 3 - Queen suite with a flat screen TV with Roku and a full bathroom Bedroom 4 - Two Twin beds, flat screen TV with Roku, ceiling fan Bedroom 5 - Two Twin beds, flat screen TV with Roku, ceiling fan The two twin bedrooms share a full size bathroom. * ALL sheets, linens, pool towels and bath towels are provided POOL AND PATIO: For your our outdoor pleasure the oversized 30X40 foot fully screened pool/patio/Lanai area looks over the peaceful conservation/nature area with no rear neighbors and ample space for your day time or night time activities. The large 30X15 heated pool is south and west facing making it a sunny area all day with a child protecting security fence. The outdoor area is complete with pool toys, 6 lounge chairs and the extended Lanai has a rattan patio sofa and outdoor dining for six. Gas and charcoal BBQ grills provided at no additional charge. Other things to note Home Rules and Access 1) Enjoy your stay! 2) Booking and access requirements a. Send me a copy of your govt. issue ID. b. Send me a list with names and ages of all guests. c. We sign our rental agreement. (Generic copy attached} d. I send you helpful and important info and your access codes. 3) Parking on the lawn is prohibited and your car will be towed by community. 4) Keep the pool/patio music at a level that it does not disturb neighbors. The Polk County Sherriff will issue a $500 fine for late night loud music. 5) Be sure the protective pool fence is up when you leave for the safety of the next guest. 6) Lock all doors and windows when you leave. 7) No charge for the BBQ grill. You are responsible for the gas and or charcoal. Please clean the grills after use. 8) To help the housekeeping crew, saving them 45 to 90 minutes of their day, please launder a load of towels upon departure. 9) The Resort Amenity fee is paid by me for you to access the resort’s gym, tennis courts, café playground and waterpark with the giant heated pool. There is an energy charge of $35 per night to heat your large private pool to 88*F. This property has a ring doorbell/external camera
