Brand new LG Washer/dryer available to use The space Indoors boast an open plan feel with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, sleeping a total of 12. The ideal house for a family vacation. A fully screened private swimming pool with patio loungers and furniture to ensure our guests can relax and take full advantage of the Florida sunshine. Pool door alarms are included for child safety. Pool heat can be added to your stay for an additional fee. Home abuts cul-de-sac - so no rear neighbors behind you. Free parking on premises - 2 cars can park in the driveway. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home Other things to note Please note this is a self-catering villa. We start you off with a roll of toilet paper & a small soap in each bathroom. Also, a bin liner in each bin. After that guests purchase their own. Any cleaning supplies left by previous guests will be there for you to use. No parties/events, smoking nor pets please. Smart home with top-of-the-line security system and door code entry. Pre-programmed codes of your choice for self-check-in with keypad. Check in after 4pm, Check out 10am. Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
