Enjoy this five-bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with a private pool. It is located in one of Orlando's best resort communities: Windsor at Westside. It's close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and all the other great adventures Orlando has to offer. Along with the pretty decor and high-end finishes, guests will appreciate modern conveniences like complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, and a working washer and dryer. While the kids splash in the swimming pool, pull up a lounger around the pool deck or soak up the gorgeous Florida sun. The covered patio has a seating area and patio table for dining al fresco. The kitchen features stylish black cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The large center island offers extra prep space and seating for four. Just off the kitchen, an eight-person dining table enjoys views of the backyard. Soaring ceilings in the living room make the space airy and open and the sliding glass doors fill the room with light. With a vibrant blue and gold color palette and tons of natural light, the main floor master suite pampers with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Cozy chic decor welcomes you in the second bedroom, offering a queen bed and a large flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms are ideal for kids; each comes with a TV and a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, plus fun decor. This home is located in the beautiful Windsor at Westside resort, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Optional pool & spa heat is available for $35/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool & spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. As our guest, you'll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide and a lazy river! The neighborhood has fantastic community amenities which are available for guests to use. These can be reached by driving to the clubhouse or can be walked to. Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
